2022 Winter Clay Classes
Starting January 23, 25, or 27
Please contact me if you are in the area or just visiting. I run several six-week sessions a year in which I teach wheel throwing, hand building, and sculpture. I offer instruction at all levels, to adults, children, and teens, and offer a discount for parent/child combinations taking classes together.
If you or your group or bubble want to dip your toes in and just experience working with clay, I offer two hour experiences and can finish and mail your work to you. I am open to hosting events, gatherings, and private lessons. If you just want to get your hands in clay, further your skills, or have a blast with friends, family, or co-workers, I can offer tailored and flexible sessions. I am not a therapist but have provided many therapeutic sessions for people wanting to explore that aspect further.
I am now also offering non-instructional Open Studio sessions for people who have taken a class from me or are moderately experienced. This option is open for adults or older teens only.
For more information email me using the contact form.
My studio is bright and spacious and well equipped, with four electric wheels and plenty of counter space and tools, to assist you with your projects and creativity. I have been teaching for many years and love introducing people to ceramics or helping with skill development.
Once you register, I will send you more details and directions.
No cancellations will be accepted regardless of reason, within 7 days prior to the program start date.
I reserve the right to cancel a class if minimum enrollments are not met. In which case, all tuition will be refunded. Notification of cancellation will be made by phone or email at least one day prior to the start of the class, in which time, students will be offered the option of another class, space permitting, or a full refund.
