Shipping

There is a local pickup option, contact me to arrange this.

Standard Canada post shipping rates will apply.

Returns

All items are shipped securely and well packaged to avoid damage. In the rare event that something does get damaged in the mail, contact me and we will work it out.

I cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail and cannot offer returns or refunds unless there is an error in the order.

Care of Product

I recommend gentle hand washing but it is safe to put them in the dishwasher. Microwave is fine but they are not ovenproof.

If not broken, these items can be passed down through generations.

Commisions and Wholesale

I am currently only selling from my webshop and a few local sales from my studio. My energy is spent on making and improving new work and commissions take a lot of time to finesse so I am not generally accepting them .
